As the founder of Sleep & Nutritional Wellness, LLC, Lori supports individuals who are tired of feeling constantly fatigued in restoring clarity, resilience, and sustainable daily energy. Her approach focuses on aligning sleep, nutrition, and movement with the body’s natural biological rhythms.

Through her proprietary frameworks—the B.E.T.™ Framework (Balance of Energy and Time) and the S.E.E.™ Model (Sleep, Eating, Exercise)—Lori simplifies complex concepts like circadian biology and bioenergetics into practical, actionable strategies that can be consistently applied in everyday life.
